If you're not moving forward, then you're going backward, so Dyco is constantly updating our manufacturing capabilities. Here's what we are doing:

• Winding flat copper, rectangular wire, litz wires, any gauge magnet wire up to 54 gauge.
• We will wind bobbins, layer wind coretubes and wind air coils.
• Hand winding, hook winding or machine winding toroids from .067 finished I.D. to 20" inch O.D.
• Precision soldering fine wires to pins or PC boards under microscopes to attaching heavy gauge wires to leads, terminals, or bus bars.
• Our people are working with a wide variety of encapsulation and insulation materials including 100% solids impregnating resins, epoxies, silicones, urethanes, varnishes, and polysulfides.
• Vacuum impregnating units Vacuum encapsulating units Potting under vacuum and/or curing encapsulated units under positive pressure to assist in corona suppression.
• Coating or sealing units with epoxies to ensure environmental protection.
• We will assemble consigned material into the specified electrical or mechanical configurations.
• Basically we make transformers ranging in size from miniature board mountable to 400 lbs, or do any electromechanical job shop type assemblies that our efficient, cost affective labor pool can assist our customers with in putting more profit to their bottom line.
